This policy explains what information Zentra Volink collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we run no advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of our readers, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
We are a publishing site. We never ask for, and never want, your phone number, OTP, UPI PIN, card details, password or app credentials — not for a correction, not for a support request, and not for a guide review.
1. Information we collect
We keep our data collection deliberately minimal. Three categories of information can reach us.
| Information | When it is collected | Why we collect it |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs (IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, timestamp) | Automatically on every request | Security, abuse prevention, and understanding which guides are read |
| Cookies and local storage | Automatically on your first visit | Remembering interface preferences such as a filter choice, and measuring page performance |
| Messages you send us (name, email, and anything you include) | Only when you contact the editorial desk | To answer your enquiry, verify a correction, or publish a response you have asked for |
| Email address, if you subscribe | Only if you explicitly opt in | To send the updates you asked for. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe |
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, UPI identifiers, identity documents, date of birth, or the credentials of any application account. No editorial purpose requires any of them, and no guide improves because we hold them.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the pages you request and keep the site available and secure.
- To understand which guides are read and which are not, so we can improve the ones that need it and retire the ones that do not earn their place.
- To reply to correspondence, publish a correction, or answer a question about a guide.
- To send a newsletter, if you asked for one. Without an explicit opt-in, we send nothing.
- To detect and block automated abuse of the site, including scraping for republication.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to any third party. We are not a data broker and there is no advertising network on this site.
3. Cookies and tracking technology
We use a small number of cookies and the browser's local storage, and none of them follow you around the internet.
- Essential storage. Used to remember interface choices such as which topic filter you last applied, and to serve the offline cache. The site works without it; you simply lose those conveniences.
- Aggregate measurement. A privacy-friendly, cookie-less counter that tells us which pages are read. It records no identity and cannot be used to recognise you.
- No advertising cookies. We run no ad network, no retargeting pixel, no social media tracker and no third-party analytics script.
Third-party web fonts and one clearly labelled external editorial link are the only other outside connections this site makes. If you would rather avoid the font request, your browser can block it and the site falls back to a system font without breaking.
4. Third-party services and external links
We link to one editorial partner site for readers who want card and strategy game material. That link is plain HTML. We do not embed their content, we do not load their code on this site, and we receive no data about your visit to them. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies to you, not ours.
We do not host downloads of any app on our infrastructure, and we do not accept, hold or process any payment. If a page asks you for money, it is because you have reached the operator of that service, which sits entirely outside our systems.
5. Data protection and security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS, and every page carries a restrictive content security policy, clickjacking protection, a strict referrer policy and a limit on browser features such as geolocation, camera and microphone. The pages are static, which means there is no database of player accounts and no login system for anyone to breach.
Access to the hosting and DNS accounts that control this site is restricted to a small number of people and protected by hardware-backed multi-factor authentication. That is the limit of the data we hold, and it is deliberately a very small amount.
6. Children's privacy
This site is intended only for adults aged 18 and above, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and comparable rules, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to withdraw consent where you gave it, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
Because we hold very little, these requests are usually straightforward. Use the contact page and state what you want. We will respond within thirty days and in practice we normally reply much sooner. You do not need to provide identification for a simple deletion request, and we will never ask you to send a password, an OTP or a card number in order to action one.
8. Data retention
- Server logs: kept for a short, fixed period for security purposes, then discarded.
- Editorial correspondence: kept only as long as it is needed to deal with the matter, or to keep a record of a published correction.
- Newsletter subscription: kept until you unsubscribe, with a minimal record of the unsubscribe retained to prevent re-enrolment.
- Aggregate page measurement: not linked to any identity and not retained beyond the reporting period.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date shown on the page is the last revision. Material changes are noted at the top of the page, and past revisions are available on request through the contact page.
A reminder about account security
We will never email, message or call you asking for a password, OTP, UPI PIN, card number or bank detail, and we will never ask you to install an APK. If a message claiming to be from this site asks for any of those things, it did not come from us. Do not install modified app builds — the full disclaimer explains why that route is so risky.
No. There is no ad network, no retargeting pixel and no third-party analytics script on this site. We use only a small amount of essential storage and one cookie-less aggregate page counter.
No. We never ask for them and we have no way to receive them. We do not operate a gaming service, we do not process payments, and no guide or enquiry requires access to a wallet, an OTP or an identity document.
No, and please do not send them. A screenshot of the screen showing the real behaviour, with your account details covered, is more than enough for us to verify and publish a correction.
No. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with third parties for any purpose, and we do not build advertising profiles of our readers.
Use the contact page and ask for erasure. We will act on it within thirty days and normally much faster, because we hold very little information in the first place. No identification is required for a simple request.
Yes. Every page is fully readable without them. The only things you lose are small conveniences such as a remembered topic filter and the offline cache.
No question matches that search. Try a shorter keyword such as "install", "safe" or "account".
18+ and a short safety note
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Real-money gaming carries a genuine risk of financial loss, and money-based gaming is restricted or prohibited in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Assam and Meghalaya — check your local position before depositing. We never host, mirror or link to modified or "mod" APKs, and no app should ever ask you for your OTP, UPI PIN or password in order to install or withdraw.
